As Dir, Medical Staff/CME Program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational efficiencies for credentialing at assigned sites. Additionally, you will coordinate with centralized credentialing to ensure standardized practices.  Be responsible for directing all CME related activities for Scripps Mercy Medical Staff.

This is a Full Time position located at Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:  

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 years experience in hospital credentialing, 3 of which in a leadership role.

Required Certification/Registration:

  • CPMSM required.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

  • CPCS preferred.
