Director Medical Staff for Central Valley Market
Description:
This position will be supporting the Central Valley Market facilities which include Doctors Medical Center, Emanuel Medical Center, and Doctors Hospital of Manteca. The Director of the Central Valley Medical Staff Services will report to the Group Chief Medical Officer, in conjunction with the Medical Staff Leadership and Hospital Administration, coordinates the function of the Medical Staff Services Departments. This role also initiates and facilitates activities as to ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of JCAHO, California Medical Association and Title XXII. Another key function is to oversee the conduct of self-government of the Medical Staff offices in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certification by National Association Medical Staff Services (CMSC)
- 3+ years experience
