    “Discrimination and Harassment – Recent Developments & Legal Issues that Affect Medical Staffs and Healthcare” by Matthew J. Schenck, Schenck Law Office, PC
    Objectives: Give an overview of recent developments in discrimination and harassment law with a particular focus on those that effect the healthcare workplace.


    The presentation method for this activity will be didactic with a Q&A period and will be evaluated by each participant at the conclusion of the lecture.  The activity content is targeted towards Medical Staff Services Professionals, VPMAs, Medical Directors, Physician Leadership and healthcare professionals involved with licensure survey and hospital accreditation compliance.
