    1) Identifying the elements of effective communication in the Medical Staff space;

    2) Identifying – and avoiding – communication that exacerbates conflict;

    3) Using leadership communication skills to resolve conflicts before they get to your lawyer;

    The presentation method for this activity will be didactic with a Q&A period and will be evaluated by each participant at the conclusion of the lecture. The activity content is targeted towards Medical Staff Services Professionals, VPMAs, Medical Directors, Physician Leadership and healthcare professionals involved with licensure survey and hospital a ccreditation compliance.
